Stacey Kane
Co-founder
From a young age, Stacey has found herself diving into anything and everything that involves baking. Along with having a love for local grains and produce, she is passionate about making the food industry a more caring place. She values uplifting others in her community and tries to cultivate this mindset wherever she works.

Gianfranco Villar
A trained baker and pizza maker, Gianfranco has made a career out of exploring. He’s worked in corporate consulting, social enterprise, agriculture, baking, cooking, and (most recently) coffee. He attributes most of his success to this diversity of experience, along with his passion for craft.
