To us, craft is everything.

After decades of graveyard shifts, hectic services, and back-breaking production, we’ve come to find the food industry at a breakpoint. Honest food businesses are nearly impossible to run, cooks and bakers are switching jobs, farmers and producers are selling their assets. It’s uncertain what the future will look like, but it’s clear that the culture needs to evolve.

This project is our response to growing pressure—a way to stay afloat while staying true to ourselves. We’re committed to showcasing local ingredients made by honest producers, to supporting our industry peers, and to making something resilient for our community.

Everything we make is an expression of what and who is around us. We hope it translates well.
